ENDO ONLINE was created by two passionate physiotherapists on a mission to bring evidence-based and holistic self-management strategies to people with Endometriosis

Jess Teeger

B App Sc (Physiotherapy)
Post Grad Cert (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy)

Jess is a highly skilled and experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and an Endo Warrior herself. Jess has treated countless Endometriosis patients over the last 10 years. Drawing on the experiences of her patients, her own experience of Endo, Adeno and Inflammatory Bowel Disease, as well as the latest Evidence in Pain Neuroscience and Pelvic Physiotherapy research, Jess co-founded her passion project, Endo Online.

Jess shares in the frustration of so many. The frustration that Endo is still under-diagnosed, takes far too long to diagnose, and that the repercussions of this delay without a doubt leads to high rates of chronic pain, which often persist even after the excision of Endo. Jess’s patients ask her time and time again “Why didn’t anybody tell me to see a Pelvic Physio? Why isn’t this part of standard care? Why has it taken me so long to find the help I need?”. Patients had lost so much time, happiness, money and hope by the time they walked through her door that Jess knew she had to change the future of Endo care.

Jess’s vision is to ensure Endo Warriors are supported in managing their Endo journey through Whole Body treatment, education and exercise, to assist them in living the lives they were meant to live. Jess works as a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Limitless Physiotherapy in Bronte, Sydney, Australia.

Felicity de Blic

B App Sc (Physiotherapy)
Grad Dip Psychological Studies
Yoga & iRest Meditation Teacher

Felicity is a passionate physiotherapist with expertise in helping clients understand and manage persistent pain, pelvic health and mental health. She has studied both physiotherapy and psychology, as well as yoga and meditation, and has a special interest in how we can use mind and body practices to regulate our nervous system, and shift our experience of both physical and emotional pain.

With a talent for combining a modern day understanding of pain physiology and neuroscience with practices from the traditions of yoga, tai chi and mindfulness, Felicity adores supporting clients to explore ways to release tension, connect with relaxation, sleep better and move with greater ease through their lives. She practices in a trauma-sensitive framework, understanding the many struggles Endo Warriors have endured, and strives to help clients build a safe connection to their body, no matter what symptoms are showing up that day.

Felicity’s vision is to help every Endo Warrior build their own bespoke toolkit of strategies to support their unique experience of Endo, for the good days and the tricky days, whether they are at home or at work, and wherever they are in the world.
