EMPOWER
Understanding your body is key to navigating your Endo experience.
EMPOWER is a weekly video seminar explaining the link between the pelvis, body and brain. We teach you about your Pelvic Floor Muscles and the importance of getting to know them. We explain Pain Science in ways that are easy to understand and apply in your day to day life.
EMPOWER will explain topics like sleep hygiene, inflammation, bladder and bowel pain, and so much more. All of the symptoms you’ve been told are “normal” will be explained in detail so that you feel armed with the knowledge to understand what is invisible but most-certainly part of your Endo experience.
EMPOWER is your weekly “Aha moment” to ensure you move forward feeling informed and empowered.
EXPLORE
EXPLORE is a weekly self-care tutorial. These step by step tutorials are devoted to understanding your anatomy, releasing pelvic floor tension and improving pelvic awareness. These strategies allow you to take control over your symptoms and serve as a way of managing them in the longer term.
EXPLORE will equip you with the skills to get to know your body, your way. We also EXPLORE practical pain management tools such as self massage for tension, journaling as a form of mindfulness and breathe awareness to down regulate the nervous system.
EXPLORE will provide you with hands-on expertise in managing the ups and downs of living with Endo.
MOVE
Our MOVE section is tailor made for the Endo community.
We have designed a balance of low and moderate intensity exercise, with stretching and softening to bring you the perfect mix of mindful movement. You are given permission to work at your own level depending on how you feel, and we encourage you to use your FREE Flare to Fab tracker to reflect on how each Move session lands in your body.
In MOVE you will experience a fusion of Pilates, Barre and functional exercise, guided by Physios who understand your Endo experience! By the end of your 8 week course, you will be able to curate your very own MOVE toolkit to adapt to how you feel across your week, month and life.
SOOTHE
Soothe is all about connecting to ease. Combining practices from yoga, tai chi, yoga nidra and mindfulness, and informed by the latest pain science, we work gently on body and mind. Feel tensions soften, the nervous system calm, and connect to your body experience with a compassionate regard.
Ensuring you have skills in your toolkit for even the most challenging days, SOOTHE videos and audios will support you as you navigate the ups and downs of your Endo journey. With practice, SOOTHE sessions will help turn down the brain's pain volume switch, a game changer in managing persistent pain.

Week 2: Pelvic Floor Anatomy and getting to know your Pelvis inside and out
Week 3: Your Nervous System, Stress and Pain; How to regulate your nervous system
Week 4: Understanding the multidimensional nature of Endo Pain; Self release of your hips, abs and pelvis
Week 5: Bladder and Sexual symptoms commonly experienced in combination with Endometriosis; Self release of your pelvic floor
Week 6: Inflammation, Endo belly and Bowel health; Abdominal release for constipation
Week 7: Optimising Sleep; Journalling and Self-compassion
Week 8: What to do in “big pain” moments and curating your Endo management tool kit
- Plus weekly Move and Soothe sessions carefully chosen to support your learnings and skills from the week
- Plus ‘Flare to Fab’ guided journal to help you reflect on your learnings and identify key practices that work for you
With 1 in 9 people assigned female at birth experiencing Endometriosis, it is one of the most prevalent chronic conditions. Sadly, it takes on average 6-9 years to be diagnosed which results in poor and unjustified outcomes. Surgery is seen as the “gold standard” for removing Endometriosis, however unfortunately this doesn't necessarily eliminate all the complex symptoms of Endo...this is why a whole person approach is needed.
When Covid hit, elective surgeries were cancelled and lockdowns made attending appointments and accessing care more challenging. It got us thinking... Endo warriors need more support to manage their symptoms, at their own pace, in their own time, where ever they are and no matter what is going on in the world.
The EVOLVE course was created by Jess Teeger and Felicity de Blic, two passionate physiotherapists on a mission to bring holistic and evidence-based self-management strategies to ENDO warriors world wide.
The course includes education, exploratory hands on tutorials, exercise therapy, yoga and meditation, relaxation practices and cognitive hacks to help you soothe Endo symptoms and live the life you deserve. By the end of the 8 week course, you will have curated your own bespoke Endo-management tool kit with the help of our FREE Flare to Fab Wellness Journal, as well as lifetime access to the course to revisit and revise your body’s needs at different times in your journey. You will also gain entry into our and Closed Facebook Community for support and guidance along the way!
